The Invisible Route of the Gaze

the invisible route of the gaze
follows no stars nor compasses in the sky,
but traces ethereal bridges, without veil,
between an I that observes and the other, silent destination.
It is not just a flash, a stingy instant,
but a mute journey, a faint calling.

It settles lightly, more than the slow touch,
or becomes an arrow without uttering a sound.
And in the meeting, it changes its master,
revealing the heart, the silent torment.
It is a taut thread, fragile and violent,
that knots or unties every invisible gift.

Though vanishing, like a trail in the careful wind,
its parabola remains, a trace within the void.
It is not memory, but a silent vow
that reconfigures the other, their moment.
A clear echo, a vivid portent,
of that boundary which was silently woven.
