Dream Wave
Dwelling of vapors and trembling lights,
the dream floats on the waters of the past,
a fragile figure, almost transparent,
that dances through the folds of faded time.
The waves whisper stories grown faint,
echo of a memory the heart keeps,
like a silk thread the wind misplaces,
remains the whisper of a distant desire.
The gaze is lost, brushing past images,
traces of a smile now faded,
the reflection of a dream escaping hands,
from the water’s face, slowly vanished.
And in the silence that wraps my thought,
remains the sweet weight of a light illusion,
a memory that dances on waves of eternity,
in time touched by an abandoned dream.
