Sea Among the Bricks
In the empty tunnel, water is memory,
a sleeping wave between the dead tracks,
the salt breathes beneath stony feet.
Each crack is a hidden shore,
the train’s voice is a silent siren,
and the panels smell of salt and iron.
I walk through noise and inner wind,
the tide seeks a rhythm among the bricks,
until the subway remembers the sea.
