Names in the Wind
The wind gathers the names of trees,
dressing them in dust and clouds,
every bark is a page that breathes,
memory bows to the rhythm of the leaves.
It stitches them into a forgotten tongue,
threads of bark and resin mark the signs,
a grammar without letters but of branches,
and at dusk the forest remembers who it was.
