Moon and Clock

I speak to you, still clock, for no one hears me anymore,
I am a tired moon losing its cycles,
dragging light like a weary cloak.
Your fixed hands know more truth than memory;
you watch me without measuring and accept my faded voice.
Remain silent, for your emptiness is my absolution.
