Moon Among the Shores
In the wry sea, the reflection vanishes,
among water’s folds, an elusive dance,
a long call, never found again,
while the moon hides, invisible lover.
Fragments of light settle, brushing the silence,
leaving traces of dreams that shatter into a thousand pieces;
sighs of salt and fog, are lost in the air,
memories of an appearance the heart cannot grasp.
Yet, in the deep, a shadow remains,
an echo of that face which the sea has hidden,
where water fades and the heart warms itself,
seeking the reflection of a moon now forgotten.
Among the waves, desire dissolves and recomposes,
revealing that the true treasure is the silence of waiting,
while the sea continues its slow dance,
and the moon dances among the wrinkles of a lost wave.
