The Whisper of the Waves

Amidst salt shrouds and skies of dream,
a hidden crest contemplates so high,
it longs to unveil a secret flight,
of fragile wings, of breath-held might.
Within a hidden smile’s wet core,
a wish for distant starlight lies;
a gentle dance of foam and hopeful grace,
that dreams to soar beyond all ties.
And as the ocean leaves its ancient song,
the wave becomes a pathway for the free,
it yearns to touch the sky’s unseen domain,
among horizons of salt and endless plain.
Hidden deep within its breast, a silent dream,
of waves that dare to dream of taking flight,
among salt-stars and ocean’s liquid gleam,
in quest for an embrace forever bright.
