The Hidden Reflection

Beneath the waters, a sun sleeps,
in the silence of a broken dream,
it sparkles in the sea, but the face ignores,
the warmth that the heart has transmuted.
A timid smile is hidden,
among ripples of waves and pain,
it barely shines, grazes the soul,
it is the luxury of a day never spoken.
The shattered dream gets lost among the folds
of water that falls silent and recedes,
the sun remains hidden, but its trembling
becomes an echo that the wind seals.
Yet, among the noisy depths,
a subtle light pulses and invites,
to seek a silent awakening,
where the smile rekindles, again.
