# Terms & Disclaimer

*Last updated: 6 October 2026.*

## Who runs the site

www.versisognanti.com is a personal website written and run by a single author who publishes under the pen name "Versisognanti". For any communication, including legal requests: **contact@versisognanti.com**.

## Copyright

All texts published on versisognanti.com — poems, explanations and service pages — are original works protected by copyright law (Italian Law 633/1941 and later amendments). All rights belong to the author of the site.

You may quote short extracts (a few lines) for commentary, study or review, provided that the title of the work is given and there is an active link to the original page. Full reproduction, translation, republication on other sites, printing for commercial purposes and the use of the texts to train automated systems are not allowed without written permission.

## Translations

The poems and explanations are written in Italian. The versions in other languages are translations made with the help of automated tools: they may contain inaccuracies, and in case of any difference the Italian text prevails.

## Use of the site

The site is free to read: it requires no registration, hosts no comments and publishes no data-collection forms. Access to the pages is free of charge.

## Disclaimer

The content is literary in nature and is provided as is. Although care is taken over what is published, it cannot be guaranteed that the site will always be available or free of errors or interruptions. The author is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

## External links

Some pages may contain links to third-party sites. Those sites have their own owners and rules: their content is not controlled and no responsibility is taken for it.

## Advertising and statistics

The site displays ads served by Google AdSense and uses Google Analytics for visit statistics. Ads are chosen by Google and do not represent an endorsement by the author. How these services work, the data they collect and the choices available to you are described in the [privacy policy](/en/privacy/).

## Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; the date at the top shows the latest revision. By continuing to use the site you accept the published version.

## Contact

For reports, permission or removal requests: **contact@versisognanti.com** (see also the [Contact](/en/contact/) page).
